The bun version of the everyday classic Tosca cake.

Our fluffy bun is filled with an Equagold vanilla remonse and topped with a salted butterscotch almond praline.

Death by Triple Chocolate.

We have gone full-hog with the theme and paired our signature dough with a buttery dark chocolate cookie filling, filled the bun with a Whittaker’s milk chocolate ganache and topped it with a mini chocolate bar -just to be extra.

Blueberry, White Chocolate and Lemon $6.00

This bun is inspired by late Scandinavian summer days and makes use of punchy, slightly tart wild blueberries (bilberries) which are joined by Whittaker’s white chocolate and a hint of lemon for brightness.

Classic plait $50

Choose either cinnamon, cardamom or tosca in the traditional plaited shape, perfect for sharing we recommend one bread to feed 12-15 people, but you make the slices and no one will judge you if you have it yourself..

Lavish plait $55

Our lavish flavours include; Triple Chocolate, Coffee-Caramel and Blueberry, White Chocolate and Lemon. Seasonal flavours available, but not limited to Lussekatt, Apple Crumble, Strawberry Shortcake and Lemon Parfait.

Half-and-half plait $60

Pick any 2 flavours (excluding [K]not Cross Bun and Saffron) and have your favourite combination ready to slice.

Loaded seasonal plait $65

We take what fruit and berries are best just now and load a suitable plait base until it can’t hold any more.

Maasdam & Caraway, or Ham & Cheese

Traditional central European bread which made it’s way to Scandinavia in the 1600’s.

We’re offering 2 flavours of these super-soft lunch time superstars. The core of both flavours is our maasdam cheese mix, and you can choose either the ham&cheese where the thick ham and gooey cheese are accompanied by a weholegrain mustard glaze, or the vegetarian version where the cheese in true Scandi-spirit is paired with caraway seed (maasdam style cheese with caraway seed is simply called '“spice cheese” [kryddost] in Swedish). Eat warm if you can.

Kavring, 1kg $16

(Southern Swedish Rye Bread)

Kavring is a lightly spiced, dense rye bread that has been baked for at least 1000 years in Sweden (since the middle ages); but many believe it’s even older than that since it has many similarities to German Schwarzbrot (similar to Pumpernickel) . This bread was traditionally covered in lard and twice baked, and used to be brought onto Swedish naval vessels in massive 10+kg logs for the months long trips at sea. We’ve kept our bread to a slightly more modern single bake, sans lard, as it stays a bit softer that way.

Kavring is best enjoyed thinly sliced as a base for open faced sandwiches, canapés and the cheese board. It is lovely with any type of cheese , smoked fish or eggs.
